Waldorf Chicken Salad

4 medium chicken breasts (or 3 large)1-1/4 cups Kraft Fat-Free Mayonnaise1/3 cup sour cream2 tsp Dijon mustard1 cup finely diced celery3/4 cup finely diced onion2 T dried (or fresh) dill weed (can increase to taste)3/4 cup finely diced pecans (or walnuts if you prefer)1 cup chopped seedless grapesSalt and pepper to taste
1) Boil chicken breasts for about 20 minutes on the stovetop.
2) After chicken breasts have completely cooled, place in food processor and grind until crumbled.
3) In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, mayonnaise, mustard, sour cream, dill, celery, onion, nuts, grapes, salt and pepper and mix together thoroughly.
Spoon into plastic storage containers and refrigerate.
