Wheat and Gluten Free Apple Walnut Bread

Almonds, 2 cup, ground (remove)Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Flaxseed, 2 tbsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)Sea Salt, 1/2 tsp.Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup (remove)Butter, salted, .5 cup (remove)Sour Cream, reduced fat, .25 cup (remove)
Preheat oven to 325. Coat a 9x5" loaf pan liberally w/coconut oil. Combine almonds, walnuts, flaxseed, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and stir until thoroughly mixed. Combine eggs, applesauce, and sour cream. Pour into dry ingredients, stirring just until incorporated. Press dough into pan and bake until toothpick comes out dry, about 45 min.
