1 Pound Ground Turkey, lean14.5 oz Can Busch's Black Beans15.5 oz Can of Kidney Beans (Red Beans)14.5 oz Can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes11oz Can of Green Giant Mexicorn.4 oz package Hidden Valley Ranch Buttermilk Mix1.25 oz package McCormic Taco Seasoning Mix10 oz Can of Rotel Tomatoes with Green Chilies (Mild)1 - 2 cans of water depending on how soupy you want it.
Brown the turkey meat.
While that is cooking combine all other ingredients in a dutch oven. Add the turkey once it is cooked and simmer for 15 minutes with the lid on the pot.
Enjoy!
Makes 9 - 10 cups. Serving size is 1 cup.
1 Cup= 4 WW Points.
If you omit the turkey it is 2 points per cup.
