Taco Bell Chicken Fajitas

1 tablespoon corn starch2 teaspoons chili powder1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon paprika1 teaspoon sugar1/2 teaspoon onion powder1/4 teaspoon garlic powder1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper1/4 teaspoon cumin***Fajitas***2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips1 tablespoons oil1/3 cup water1 green bell pepper, cut into strips1 medium onion, sliced4 whole wheat flour tortillassalsasalsa if desired as a condiment
Combine all of the seasoning ingredients in a small bowl.
Cook chicken in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet 5 minutes on medium-high heat. Add seasoning mix, water, green pepper and onion; cook and stir on medium heat 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
Place tortillas on microwavable plate. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high 1 minute.
Spoon chicken mixture onto each tortilla. Top as desired with salsa. Roll up tortillas.
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings.
