350 grams kabocha squash, seeds and skin removed and cut in to small cubes.2 tbsp Kyupi Half (half off mayonnaise)1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp pepper, black
Remove the seeds from the kabocha squash. Use a potato peeler and peel the skin from the kabocha. Cut the kabocha into small 1/4 inch size cubes. Add the kabocha to boiling water and boil for about 10 minutes or until enough to easily cut a cube in half. Be careful not to overcook, you'll end up making mashed kabocha. Once the kabocha is boiled, strain the water and let the kabocha cool. Once cool, place in a bowl with the other ingredients and mix well. Try not to over stir or you will make mashed kabocha.
