Fat Flush Turkey and Veggie Soup

Ingredients
24 oz ground turkey 93/71 onion diced1 eggplant diced1 zuchhini diced1 summer squash diced1 red bell pepper diced4 garlic cloves46 oz v8 juice28 oz crushed tomatoes1 tbs cumin2 tbs seaweed gomasio1 tbs turmeric1/2 tsp himalayan pink salt1/8 tsp cayenne pepper1/4 cup cilantro1/4 cup parsley
Directions
brown turkey and onion. Take out of pan and set aside. Put veggies in pan, eggplant, zuchhini, summer squash, red bell pepper, and garlic, saute until translucent and softened. Add turkey and onion back in, add v8, tomatoes, cumin, seaweed gomasio, turmeric, salt, pepper, simmer 20 minutes, don't boil. add cilantro and parsley cook for 5 more minutes.
