Moroccan Fish

2 Tbs. Olive Oil2 Cloves of Garlic, chopped1 Medium Onion, chopped1 Bell Pepper, diced1 can of diced tomatoes1-2 tsp Cumin1-2 tsp Paprika1 cup Chicken Broth6 serving size pieces of talapia1 tsp Sesame OilJuice from one LemonSalt and Pepper to taste
Heal oil in skillet and saute garlic, onion and bell pepper until tender (about 7 minutes).
Stir in tomatoes, Cumin, Paprika, salt, pepper and chicken broth blending well.
Lay talapia on top of mixture in pan and then gently spoon mixture over the top of fish to cover.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook until fish is cook through and tender (about 5 minutes).
Gently stir in Sesame Oil and Lemon Juice.
Serve with Couscous or Bulgar.
