Ingredients
2 tsp Canola Oil2 oz Ground Turkey1 La Tortilla Factory 100 calorie 98% fat free tortilla1/2 C. Egg Beaters Egg Whites1 oz Sargento Colby Jack Reduced fat cheesea pinch of crushed chili pepper flakesa dash of ground cumina dash of granulated garlica dash of chili powder
Directions
1) Bring oil to heat on a 9" non-stick skillet
2) Add Ground Turkey and break up into crumbles
3) Add Spices and cook turkey thoroughly.
4) Add egg Beaters and cook
5) Warm 1 Tortilla in Microwave for 15 seconds
6) Place content of skillet on burrito and add cheese
7) Fold burrito and serve
