Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients
1 cup lowfat buttermilk2 TBSP butter2 TBSP olive oil1 TBSP plain, lowfat yogurt (on top, swirled)2 cups butternut squash (pureed)4 cups chicken broth
Directions
Combine ingredients, heat over stove.
Place yogurt on top and swirl with spoon.
