Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 900 grams *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 2 pkgs*Green Chili Peppers, canned, .5 cup *Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 2 cup, Drained & Rinsed*Beans, pinto, 2 cup, Drained & Rinsed*Beans, black, 2 cup , Drained & Rinsed*Beans, red kidney, 2 cup , Drained & Rinsed*Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 2.25 cup with juice
Directions
1. layer ingredients as listed in slowcooker
2. cook on low 6 - 8 hrs
3. stir and shred chicken as you stir
4. serve with taco fix ins on rice, tortillas, nacho chips, etc.
