Herbed Baked Eggs

3 servings egg whites (approx 3/4 cup)2 tsp parmesean cheese1/8 tsp EACH thyme, rosemary, garlic powder and parsley1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
Pre-heat broiler on your oven or toaster oven. Put the 1 tbsp milk into a medium baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray.
Combine spices and cheese in a small dish and set aside.
Measure out your eggs.
Once your milk is hot and bubbly, add the eggs, sprinkle spice/cheese mixture on top, and broil for 5-6 minutes or until eggs are almost completely set. Let cool and solidify for about 1 min outside of oven. Serve warm with some whole-wheat toast on the side and enjoy :)
