16 oz lean ground beef4 corn tortillas(or flour but the calories will go up alot with flour)3/4 cup Mexican 4 cheese blend1 cup sliced mushrooms1/2 packet taco seasoning3/4 cup water
Make taco meat according to seasoning packet directions. Grease a baking dish or cookie sheet and place the tortillas on it. Place some taco meat each tortillas and place sliced mushrooms on top. put some shredded cheese on top of the mushrooms and fold over tortillas.(If your tortillas are not cooperating on staying folded, you might want to put a toothpick through each quesadilla to hold it in place until cheese melts). Place in oven on 400
until the cheese is melted and the quesadilla is hot throughout. Serve with a salad or vegetable:)
