EASY Crock Pot Hamburger Soup

Ingredients
1 lb extra lean Ground Beef1 large can (or 2 small cans) Tomato Sauce1 large can Tomatoes1 can of Corn1.5 cups of chopped carrots3 packages beef boulion powder (can use liquid beef stock)3.5 - 4 Cups Water1 tbsp minced dried onion1 tsp- pepper2 tsp - Oregano, dried3 tbsp Worchestershire sauce (optional).5 cup converted rice (uncooked) (optional)1 package Vegetable Soup Mix (dry) (optional)1/2 package Onion Soup Mix (dry) (optional)
Directions
Brown the beef first in a frying pan. Add dried minced onions, beef boulion and water to this once it is cooked.

Pour mixture into crock pot. Add all other ingredients. Stir.

Cook on "high" for 4 hours or "low" for 8-10 hours.

Serving Size: Makes approx. 8 2-cup servings
