Spicy Korean BBQ Marinade & Sauce

Ingredients
1/4 Cup Packed Brown Sugar1/4 Cup Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce2 TBS Sambal Oelek Or Thai Chili Paste2 tsp Grated Fresh Ginger3 Cloves Garlic (Grated Or Finely Minced)2 tsp Sesame Oil
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a dish that is good for marinating.
Either marinate thinly sliced and pounded pork tenderloin or chicken cut of your choice.
After you've marinated your meat you can boil the left over marinade and use as a sauce. Just be sure to boil it long enough to thicken and reduce and also to kill any bacteria from the raw meat.
