Turkey & Veggie Meatloaf Minis

Ingredients
1/2 cup grated onion8 Tbsp ketchup, divided3 c shredded broccoli coleslaw, chopped1/2 cup fat-free liquid egg substitute1/2 cup quick cooking oats2 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Line muffin tin with baking cups or spray with non-stick spray.
Combine all ingredients except 4 Tbsp ketchup in a mixing bowl. Distribute evenly among cups. Brush 1 tsp ketchup on top of each meatloaf muffin.
Bake until firm with lightly browned edges (30-35 minutes)
