Ingredients
*Turkey, diced, 1 lb Beans, black/kidney, 2 cup Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Jalapeno Peppers, .5 pepper Chili powder, 2 tbsp Garlic, 2 cloveRed Ripe Tomatoes, 2 Italian tomato /canned tomatoes are good too or just plain tomato sauce-about 1/2 cup1 tbsp oil1 cup low sodium stock or water
Directions
Saute onions, peppers, garlic and tomatoes in oil for about 5 minutes, med heat, add in turkey, beans, chill powder and stock/water. Cover and simmer for 15- 20 mins until the chilli is thickened.
