1 1/4 Cups Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour1/4 Cup Sugar2 Tbls. Milled Golden Flax Seed1/2 tsp. Baking Powder1 Egg2 Tbls. Canola Oil1/4 Cup Vanilla Soy Milk1 Tbls. Lemon Juice1 tsp. Vanilla Extract7 Tbls. Polaner All Fruit Raspberry Spreadable Fruit (jam)
Mix dry ingredients first then add all wet ingredients together. Mix until dough is formed and all dry ingredients are moist. Roll out to 1/8" thick using Gluten Free Flour to keep from sticking to surface. Cut 3" rounds with a biscuit cutter. Place 1 tsp. of Polaner All Fruit in center of each round. Pinch the sides of the round up in thirds to from a triangle over the Polaner All Fruit. Place 1" apart on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 - 20 min.
