Cornbread with Green Chilis and Creamed Corn

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter1 T canola oil4 eggs1 4 oz can green chilis1 can creamed corn1 cup flour + 1 T flour4 t baking powder1-1/4 cup yellow cornmeal1/2 cup shredded cheese
Directions
Beat butter, oil, and sugar until fluffy. Add egg, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in creamed corn and chilis. Mix 1 cup flour with baking powder and stir into mixture. Stir in cornmeal. Toss shredded cheese with 1 T flour and stir into mixture.

Pour into greased 9" x 11" pan. Put pan in oven and turn heat down to 300. Bake 50-60 minutes, until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
