Chocolate Nut Cookies

Ingredients
5/8 cups rolled oats1/2 cup all purpose flour1.5 tablespoons powdered cocoa1/2 teaspoon baking powder1/4 baking soda1/8 teaspoon salt1/4 cup peanut butter (I used Smart Balance Peanut Butter)2 tablespoons Slenda brown sugar1/4 cup granulated sugar6 tablespoons liquid egg white1/2 vanilla extract1/4 cup walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
In medium bowl mix oats, flour, cocoa, baking powder, and baking soda
In large bowl with eletric mixer beat peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in nuts
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto greased baking sheet. Bake 8 mins. Cool 2 minutes. Enjoy! Makes 16 cookies
