Ingredients
Juice of one lime Garlic, 2 tsp Beans, pinto, 2 cup Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup uncooked / about 4 cups cooked10 Whole Wheat TortillaMozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 oz (remove)
Directions
Mix garlic with rice.

Divide rice, beans and cheese between tortillas, drizzle with lime juice and roll up.
