wonderful oatmeal porridge

Ingredients
2 cups old fashioned oatmeal4 tbs. brown sugar1/2 cup dried fruit3 small bananas chopped4 cups skim milk2 small apples chopped
Directions
bring milk, dried fruit and apples to a slow boil. Being careful not to burn the milk. Add the oatmeal. Let cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
Remove from heat. Fold in the bananas and brown sugar. Serve.
