Steve's Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients
Butter, unsalted, 1 stick softnedBrown Sugar, 3/4 cup, packedEgg, fresh, 3 largeWhole Milk 1/3 cup3 Mashed medium bananas *Black Currants, 1 cupVanilla Extract, 2 tspChopped pistachio nuts, 3/4 cup*Whole Wheat Flour, 1 1/2 cup*Flour, white,1/2 cupBaking Soda, 1 tspSalt, 1/2 tspCinnamon 1/2 tsp
Directions
Grease bottom of 9x5 loaf pan. Preheat oven to 350 F.
Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time. Then add bananas, milk, vanilla and currants. In a separate bowl mix both flours, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and pistachios and add to creamed mixtuure until just combined. Bake for 55 minutes or until tooth pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 5 minutes then remove from pan and cool on a wire rack.
