2 1/2 pound stew meat2 cup canned water chestnuts5 cup mushroom(s)1 cup onion(s)32 oz canned diced tomatoes1 1/2 cup Red Wine2 Tbsp sugar1 tsp table salt3 Tbsp uncooked tapioca1 1/2 pound baby carrots
