Ingredients
1 - 14 oz can Swanson Beef Broth, Lower Sodium14 oz Water1 1/2 - 2 lbs Beef Stew Meat, uncooked1/2 Large Red Bell Peppers, sliced1/4 Red Onion, raw, large,chopped10 Medium Baby Carrots, raw 2 Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium,sliced1 Large Potato, raw, cubed1/2 Cup Minced Garlic, 0.5 cup1 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp Basil 3/4 tsp Lawry's Seasoned Pepper

Makes 6-8 servings.

Place all ingredients in a 6 Qt Crockpot and cook on low for 8 hrs.
