Min's Pork Fried Rice

Ingredients
2 cups cooked brown rice1/2 cup chicken broth1 cup mixed vegetables6 oz pork cut in small pieces2 tbl canola oil1 egg beaten
Directions
In a large frying pan heat 1 tablespoon of oil, add the rice and stir until heated. Push the rice to the sides of the pan. Add the broth and the vegetables, cook for 5 minutes, add the pork and cook until heated. Mix the rice with the meat and vegetables and push to the outsides of the pan. Add the remaining oil and cook the egg until soft set, remove from heat, mix in with rice.
