Ingredients
*Ground Beef 93% Lean, 32 oz (remove)*Baked Potato, with skin, 6 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) (remove)Carrots, raw, 3 carrot (7-1/2") (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove)*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, sliced (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
Directions
Slice up veggies. Divide meat into 6 patties. Place each patty onto a large peice of foil. Top with 1/6 of mixed veggies. Close foil and pl;ace on baking sheet. Bake in preheated over on 375 for one hour.
