4 c. cooked rice9 oz cooked pork chops1 bag frozen stir fry veggies (steamed)6 eggs, scrambled (no added fat)1/2 c. low sodium soy sauce1 TBSP olive oil
Directions
combine all ingredients in a nonstick pan and cook until heated through and soy sauce covers all.
