Beef tips with green bell peppers and onions

Ingredients
6 ounces Beef sirloin steak cut into bite sized pieces6 strips green bell peper1/2 small onion cut into strips1 Tablespoon canola oil
Directions
Heat canola oil in skillet. Add meat. Brown for about 5 minutes and then add peppers and onions. Cook an additional 5 minutes, stirring to turn vegetables and meat. This will make the meat medium well to well.
