Flax and Sesame Wheat Crackers

2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour1/2 cup whole flax seeds1/2 cup sesame seeds2 tsp salt2 tsp baking powder4 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 1/2 cups water
-Mix flour, flax, sesame, salt, and baking powder in a large mixing bowl
-Add in olive oil and water and mix into dough
-Knead dough until it has a smooth consistency, adding flour if needed to keep it from sticking
-Separate dough into 2 pieces and place on 2 large cookie sheets
-Using a rolling pin, roll dough to fill cookie sheets as flat and evenly as possible
-Cut dough into cracker sized squares before baking, using a downward motion
-Bake at 450 degrees for about 8 minutes, or until brown at the edges and crispy
Serving Size: makes 20 servings of 6 crackers
