Salmon Spread

Ingredients
1 (8oz.) fat free cream cheese2 TBSP. grated onion1 TBSP. Lemon juice1 tea. prepared horseradish1/2 tea. prepared mustard1 can (14 1/2 oz) Salmon, drained, boned, and skinned2 TBSP minced fresh parsley
Directions
In large bowl combine cream cheese, onion, lemon juice, horseradish, and mustard. Stir in salmon, sprikle with parsley and serve with your favorite crackers, or bread.
