Honey Flax Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients
Whole Wheat FlourWater (warm)YeastSaltVital Wheat GlutenFlax Seed MealLemon JuiceExtra Virgin Olive OilHoney
Directions
Mix
- warm water
- 3.5 cups flour
- 1.25 Tbsp yeast
- 1 heaping Tbsp gluten
- 1/3 cup flax meal

Mix for about 2 minutes then add..

- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup honey

Mix, then add

- 2.5-3.5 cups of flour

Add enough flour until it scrapes the bowl clean. *I use home milled flour, so I have to use more flour at times*

Knead for ab out 15 minutes then shape into 2 loaves and let rise for about an hour.

Bake at 350* for 30-35 minutes.

Allow to rest for at least 1 hour before cutting.

Serving Size: Makes 2 loaves, approximately 16 slices per loaf (32 total)
