Ingredients
2 - 4 oz swai filets1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs2 T butter2 T lemon juice
Directions
Melt butter in shallow dish. Stir in lemon. Dip fish filets in butter/lemon and dredge through bread crumbs. Place filets in baking dish sprayed with pan spray. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
