Chili Cabbage & Chicken Stirfry

Ingredients
1/2 medium head cabbage, sliced fine1 onion cut in strips2 TB olive oil2-3 cloves garlic crushed and minced2-4 TB Braggs amino liquid or soy sauce2-4 TB rice vinegar1 TB Plum vinegar )if available)3 TB garlic chili sauce2 oz. almonds (peanuts work well also)6 oz cooked chicken breast diced, not skin or bone
Directions
Prepare veggies. Heat oil and brown garlic. onions first, then cabbage then celery and stir fry 5 min till crisp. Add soy sauce, vinegars and garlic chili paste to taste. Add chicken and cook still warm. Do not let veggies get limp. Add nuts and serve.
