1 Thomas' English Muffin, Light Multigrain1 slice, Kraft fat free singles- sharp cheddar1 slice Oscar Mayer Canadian Style Bacon1 Egg, Medium size1 tsp. Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread with Flax oil
Toast the muffin and spread with Smart Balance.
Heat the canadian Bacon
Fry the egg, over firm (break the yoke), in a nonstick pan with a quick spritz of Pam and a bit of salt and pepper.
Put the cheese on the muffin followed by the canadian bacon and the egg and enjoy a delicious, guilt free, egg mcmuffin.
