Thai Style Prawns

Ingredients
15 small or 7 large Prawns Shelled and de-veined1/4 can lite coconut milkpastegreen chilli as much as you wantgrated fresh ginger as much as you wantfresh or dried corriander as much as you wantabout a teaspoon of honeyabout a teaspoon of sesame oila teaspoon chunky peanut butter1 teaspoon fish sauceAsian greens which ever ones you like washed and roughly chopped
Directions
Make the paste by placing the ingredients with some of the coconut milk in the blender and blending until quite fine. Place in hot pan and cook for a few seconds then add the rest of the coconut milk and bring to boil. Add prawns and cook for two minutes. Place chopped greens on top of prawns and cover. Cook for a couple of minutes until veg is done to your liking and prawns are cooked through.
