Ingredients
For 2 patties:8 oz atlantic salmon fillet1/2 cup finely chopped red onion1 egg white1/4 cup Kikkoman Panko Bread CrumbsCooking Spray
Directions
Remove skin from salmon and finely chop, combine with 3 other ingredients, then shape into 2 patties (approx. 1/2 in thick). Can also season with salt, pepper, garlic powder. Heat skillet to medium-high, spray with cooking spray, and cook each patty for about 6-10 minutes. Approx 3-5 minutes per side. Serve alone, with vegetables, or on a bun! Very yummy!
