Ingredients
Dehydrated Potato Shreds, 1 cup Dehydrated Cross Cut Celery, 0.25 cup*Onions, dehydrated flakes, 1 tbsp Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1.9 cup*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz*Better Than Bouillion, Chicken, .66 tbsp(All spices are to taste. These are just estimates. I just toss them in there as I feel necessary.)salt 1 tsppepper 1/2 tsporegano, dried 1 tspcumin, ground 1/2 tspturmeric, ground 1/4 tspred curry powder 1/4 tsp
Directions
Reconstitute potatoes, onion and celery as directed; in that water dissolve the bouillion. Meanwhile, brown turkey with the spices in large pan with water as necessary to keep from burning and/or sticking. Add pumpkin, and reconstituted veggies. Simmer until potatoes are cooked. Add water to keep food the consistency of thick porridge.
