Gluten Free High Protein Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 cup Garbanzo Bean Flour1/2 c almond flour1/2 c Old Fashion oats- ground2 T flax seed- ground1 tsp Baking soda1/2 tsp Baking powder1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 tsp Cinnamon1 c Ripe Bananas, mashed (about 3)1/2 c Splenda3/4 c plain, non-fat Greek Yogurt2 large eggs4 T unsweetened applesauceOpt- 1/2 c chopped walnuts (not included in nutrition information)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Use coffee grinder to grind oatmeal and flax seed to flour.
Combine wet ingredients. Add dry. Mix well. Pour into well greased loaf pan.
Bake 45 minutes or until bread is completely cooked through.
