Cindy's Sweet and Sour Pork

Ingredients
1 lb pork tenderlion1 bell pepper, chopped1 onion, chopped3 tbsp soy sauce1 tsp powdered ginger3/4 c pineapple 1 tbsp rice vinegar1 tbsp sugar2 tbsp cornstarch1 tbsp oiltbsp minced garlic
Directions
chop the onion, cube the pork and saute in the oil. When the pork begins to brown add the peppers, garlic and ginger stir together pineapple juice, chicken broth,rice vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and cornstarch. add to pan, bring to a boil. serve over rice.
