"Fig Newton" Sarahbars

Ingredients
2.6 oz raisins4 oz chopped figsBoiling water2.5 oz dates9.5 oz 3-legume butter1 tsp vanilla1/2 tsp cinnamonpinch sea salt
Directions
In a bowl, combine raisins and figs.
Cover with boiling water and let stand 10 minutes.
Drain and add raisins and figs to a food processor with the raisins, 3-legume butter, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.
Puree until a thick doughy paste forms.
Press evenly into a 9" square pan and chill until firm, then cut into bars.
