Dixie's Shepherd Pie

Ingredients
1/2 lb. lean ground beef browned2 cup mixed vegetables1 cup beef gravy2 cup mashed potatoes1 cup shredded colby jack cheese
Directions
Brown & drain ground beef
Add mixed vegetables and beef gravy heat to simmer
pour in 8" baking dish sprayed with pam
layer mashed potatoes on top bake for 30 -35 min @ 350
about 5 min. before removing from oven sprinkle shredded cheese over top of mashed potatoes and allow to melt into potatoes.
