0.15 cups Mozzarello veggie cheese flavor shreds1-2 small sliced shallots0.25 cup diced baby bella mushroom slices1 tbspn soy sauce, no salt added0.15 cup no salt tomato sauce0.15 cup veggie brand cheese shreds, mozzarello flavorone Joseph's pita bread halved
Cut all fat from stew meat, slice 1/4 " slices.
Slice two small shallots and baby bella mushrooms.
Marinate with no salt added soy sauce and tomato sauce. Wait 15 -60 mins.
Brown meat over low flame, cooking well. When meat is done, remove from heat and spread shreds of cheese, wait to wilt. Transfer to pita pockets.
