Spinach Cheese Souffle

Ingredients
8 oz cottage cheese, drained1 10-oz package frozen spinach, drained well10 egg whites1/4 c. 2% shredded cheddar cheese for toppingSeasonings you prefer (salt, pepper,rosemary, cayenne, dash of tobasco, garlic or onion powder, etc)
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except the cheddar cheese and mix well, then spoon into greased baking dish (I use 9 by 9) and bake for 45 minutes or until fluffy and stiff. Then top with cheddar and broil until bubbly.
