Low fat, Low Carb Greek Burgers!

Ingredients
1 lb 99% lean ground turkey1/4 cup of reduced fat feta cheese1/2 cup of halved grape tomatoes1 cup of ripped up fresh baby spinach
Directions
1. Thaw turkey.
2. knead together turkey, feta, tomatoes, and spinach.
3. take about a handful of mixture and form in to patty. This shoudl make around 4-5 patties.
4. grill for 5-8 minutes on each side. if cooking in a skillet spray with nonstick spray first.
