Pork Chop Stuffing Bake

Ingredients
1 pkg Stove Top Stuffing Mix (I used whole wheat for chicken)4 boneless pork chops1 can cream of broccoli soup1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package.

Meanwhile, heat large ovenproof nonstick skillet on med-high heat. Add chops; cook 4min. on each side or until browned on both sides. Mix soup, onions and thyme; spoon over chops. Top with stuffing; sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 20-30min or until chops are done (160degrees)
