Carol's Asian Chicken Lettuce Wrap

Ingredients
Wash celery and chicken.Wash celery and onions then chop and set aside. Cut chicken, and rinse. Put it in a pot with water and bring to a rapid boil. Then strain in a colander and rinse chicken. Put 1 TBSP oil in pan add chicken and minced garlic. Then add hosin sauce. Let saute then add celery and onions. cover and let cook on med low heat . Once chicken is cooked uncover and bring up heat for juices evaporate. Then enjoy in the lettuce leaves.
