quick low carb chicken curry

2 tbsp ghee8 chicken thighs boneless and roughly chopped1 onion chopped5 mushrooms sliced1 cup fine green beans chopped1 tin coconut milk (400ml)2 tsp garam masala1 tsp curry powder 1 tbsp water
Mix the garam masala and curry powered with water and put aside.
Melt ghee in pan and add the chicken cook for about 5mins then add the curry paste and stir for 5mins making sure the paste is covering most of the chicken.
Add the onoin and green beans cook for a further 5mins then add the coconut milk (depending on the type of milk will determine the thickness of the curry).
Add the mushrooms and simmer for 10mins or so, if you find it to watery add some cornflour but be careful if your on a low carb diet :)
