Cilantro Lime Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 can red beans, rinsed and drained1 can black beans, rinsed and drained1 can white beans, rinsed and drained1/2 cup chopped onion (approx. 1/2 large onion)1 Tbsp Olive Oil1 Tbsp VinegarJuice from 1 Lime1 Tbsp Sugar1 Tbsp Dried Cilantro1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
Directions
Mix oil, vinegar, lime juice, sugar, cilantro, and garlic powder until sugar is dissolved. You may need to use a whisk. Add rinsed and drained beans and chopped onions. Chill in the refrigerator. The dish tastes best if the beans marinate for 12-24 hours.
