BALSAMIC STEAK MARINADE 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar 1/4 cup soy sauce 3 T garlic, crushed 1 t Splenda or 2 T honey or agave syrup 1 t olive oil 2 t pepper 1 t Worcestershire sauce 1 t onion powder 1/2 t salt 1/2 t liquid smoke flavoring 1/4 t cayenne pepper 2 sirloin or strip steaks Combine all sauce ingredients and pour over steaks. Refrigerate, covered, for up to 24 hours. Grill to desired doneness.
