Regular Oats, 2 cupsGraham Crackers, crushed, 1 cupFlour, 1/2 cupBrown Sugar, packed, 1/3 cupSalt, 1/8 tsp.Cinnamon, 1/4 tspBaking Soda, 1/2 tspHoney, 1/3 cupButter, unsalted, 1/3 cupWalnuts, 1/2 cupDried Cranberries, 1/2 cup
1. Melt honey, butter and brown sugar in a saucepan. Let it cool.
2. In a large bowl, mix regular oats, flour, crushed graham crackers, salt, cinnamon, baking soda, walnuts and cranberries.
3. Pour in the butter-honey mixture until the oatmeal mixture is well coated.
4. In a 9 x 9 baking pan that has been lined with parchment paper and butter, pour the granola mixture and press it on the pan evenly.
5. Bake on a 180 C oven for 18 to 20 mins. Let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
